Craig Luton

Overview

I am the Managing Partner of Mourant Ozannes (Singapore) LLP in our Corporate and Funds practice. I advise clients in the investment funds industry on Cayman Islands and BVI legal issues, in particular the structure, formation, launch and maintenance of private equity funds, venture capital funds and hedge funds, as well as downstream private equity transactions and carried interest vehicles. I also have experience working with funds being offered to Japanese investors.

I joined Mourant in 2023.  Prior to joining Mourant, I was a Partner at Maples and Calder.

I was the sole winner of Lexology's 2022 Client Choice Award for Private Funds in Singapore.
