I am Legal Counsel for Mourant Governance Services, supporting stakeholders with legal advice and documentation across multiple jurisdictions.

I joined Mourant Governance Services after working as an Associate in Mourant’s Jersey Corporate and Finance team, where I advised on corporate governance, financings, restructurings and TISE listings, and worked alongside UK and offshore counsel on cross-border matters.

I trained at Tughans LLP in Belfast, a leading commercial law firm in Northern Ireland.

I am admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales (practising) and Northern Ireland (non-practising).
