Tom Grogan

Overview

I'm the Chief Transformation Officer of Mourant Group, having joined in June 2025.

I am responsible for driving strategic, technological and behavioural change across the Group to ensure we continue to deliver exceptional service to our clients globally now and in the future. I also provide leadership to our business services teams, amongst other responsibilities.

Alongside my role at Mourant, I sit on the Digital Board of the National Theatre based in London and chair the board of trustees of a successful and thriving secondary school, Sir Thomas Rich's, based in Gloucester, UK. I regularly speak at technology, innovation and public policy events around the world.

Before joining Mourant, I led consulting services at Mishcon de Reya in London. I also practised as an English qualified solicitor with a prominent technology practice globally, first at Allen & Overy (now A&O Shearman) and then at Mishcon de Reya.
