I am a Senior Associate in our Finance and Corporate practice, having joined the firm in September 2025.

Prior to joining Mourant, I trained and qualified into the corporate team of Charles Russell Speechlys, followed by working for four years in the London Corporate team of Squire Patton Boggs.

I have a wide range of experience advising international corporations, financial institutions and private equity firms on multi-jurisdictional private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings.
