Governance Services

Director - Head of Luxembourg Corporate Governance

Overview

I'm a director and head of Luxembourg Corporate Governance for Mourant Governance Services. I have responsibility for leading and growing the corporate governance offering in Luxembourg.

I previously worked as a corporate lawyer at Mourant Ozannes Luxembourg where I advised on a broad range of transactions including private equity matters, M&A, joint ventures, equity and debt restructurings and lender and borrower side financings. I worked as a Consultant for La Caisse, a Canadian private equity investor assisting with the management of the European subsidiaries in their real estate portfolio prior to rejoining Mourant.

My legal background and experience helps ensure good governance and compliance with transactional obligations. By combining a common law background with civil law experience I can better service and understand the needs of international clients using Luxembourg as an investment platform.

Prior to moving to Luxembourg in 2011, I qualified as a solicitor in Ireland with William Fry.
