Mourant Ozannes celebrates swearing-in of four lawyers

Four Mourant Ozannes lawyers in the Channel Islands were sworn in last month.

Solicitors Roisin Cullinane, Jula Le Cornu and Chris Vincent, from the firm's Jersey office, took the oath of office at the traditional full sitting of the Royal Court on 7 December. Advocate Iona Mitchell, based in Guernsey, was also sworn in on 18 December.

Roisin joined the firm in 2013 as a paralegal and is now an associate in the funds practice advising on a number of real estate and private equity funds, fund promoters and other financial services providers.

Jula joined the firm in 2014 as a paralegal and is now an associate in the finance and corporate practice in Jersey. She advises a number of international and local clients, specialising in banking and finance transactions, corporate matters, and financial services and regulatory work.

Chris joined the firm in September 2014 and is an associate in the Jersey litigation practice specialising in all aspects of commercial litigation and contentious advisory work, including multi-jurisdictional trust matters, banking, partnership, fund and company disputes.

Iona joined Mourant Ozannes in 2015 and is an associate in the firm's litigation department. She advises on a wide range of commercial disputes with a particular emphasis on financial services litigation and regulatory matters.
