Mourant Governance Services wins Governance Award

Mourant Governance Services has been recognised at the ICSA Jersey Awards 2019 for exceptional performance, outstanding team work and high quality client service.

Judged by a panel of independent industry experts, the team received the Governance Award that celebrates teams or individuals that demonstrate leadership in advancing governance activities. This year's win is the second consecutive accolade for Mourant Governance Services after winning the ICSA Jersey 'Corporate Services Team of the Year' Award in 2018.

Ed Fletcher, Global Managing Director of Mourant Governance Services, who joined the team in collecting the award at the annual black tie dinner event, said: "We're thrilled that our 40 strong team has been recognised once again by the highly regarded Jersey branch of The Chartered Governance Institute. We have a fantastic team of dedicated professionals who understand the true value of client service and are empowered to excel in their roles every day."

Mourant Governance Services delivers a comprehensive range of fiduciary, administration, accounting and governance services providing bespoke solutions and assisting clients in complying with local legal and regulatory requirements across a number of sectors including real estate, private equity, private wealth, structured finance and management incentives.

In addition to announcing the ICSA Jersey Awards 2019 winners, the dinner also celebrates the academic achievements of ICSA graduates and students, which included Emily Collins of Mourant Governance Services.

Emily was applauded for winning the national Ralph Bell and Livery prizes alongside the local prize for the Best Jersey Completion of the Chartered Secretaries Qualifying Scheme (CSQS).

The awards were presented at the ICSA Jersey Annual Dinner, Awards and Graduation Ceremony, held at the Trinity Showground on Friday 13 September 2019.
