Mourant welcomes back corporate partner Helen Wyatt

Mourant is pleased to announce the return of corporate partner Helen Wyatt.

Helen, who is based in Guernsey and is a partner in the firm's corporate team, has returned from a period of maternity leave and is resuming her practice with a focus on general corporate, finance and regulatory financial services matters.

Helen completed her training with Mourant Ozannes and was appointed to the partnership in February 2016. She has broad commercial and corporate law experience and has advised clients on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings and IPO, the establishment and restructuring of investment schemes, financing and corporate transactions and has a particular interest in financial services regulatory matters.
