Mourant advises Aztec on Jersey office move

Mourant's leading Jersey Property team has advised Aztec Financial Services (Jersey) Limited on its commitment to lease c50,000 sq ft of premier office space at IFC 6 in a bold consolidation of flagship office space for its Jersey business.

Aztec has agreed to lease almost 75% of IFC 6, a 68,000 sq ft Grade A office building to be constructed at the heart of St Helier's newest financial district.
