We have achieved a raft of top rankings in Chambers and Partners High Net Worth 2026, a legal directory which ranks the world’s leading private wealth lawyers and law firms.

The Chambers High Net Worth guide differentiates the best professional advisers for international private wealth by identifying and ranking law firms, lawyers and a range of other professional advisers globally. In essence, it is an industry-leading resource that highlights market-leading expertise for wealthy individuals, family offices, and trustees across multiple jurisdictions.

Mourant has been recognised in the category of Offshore: Trusts in Jersey, Guernsey, the British Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands, with 12 lawyers also being awarded individual rankings in this area.

In addition, six of our lawyers have been individually recognised in the Jersey Offshore Trusts: Litigation ranking table.

Partner and Mourant Chair Jonathan Speck has been awarded Chambers’ prestigious ‘Star Individual’ accolade in Jersey Offshore Trusts: Litigation, with Partners Bruce Lincoln, Edward Devenport, Eleanor Morgan and Gilly Kennedy-Smith all achieving top tier Band 1 individual rankings in Offshore: Trusts.
