Feng Hao Liu

I am Counsel in the Banking and Finance team based in Singapore.

I advise international lenders and borrowers on a broad range of structured and bespoke cross-border financing transactions across Asia, including private credit, leveraged and acquisition finance, fund finance, back leverage finance, real estate and data centre finance, margin loans, and general corporate lending facilities. My practice also encompasses structuring advice, enforcement strategies, and restructuring and recovery solutions.

Prior to joining Mourant, I was a member of the Banking and Finance team at Linklaters in Singapore. I subsequently broadened my experience by serving as legal counsel at Credit Suisse and Nomura where I advised on a wide range of financing transactions and strategic lending matters.
