We are pleased to announce that Feng Hao Liu has joined the Mourant Singapore office as Counsel, further strengthening our finance capabilities in Asia and reinforcing our commitment to serving clients across the region.

Feng Hao joins with a combination of private practice and in-house experience at firms including Credit Suisse, Singapore Branch, Linklaters Singapore and Nomura. He brings deep insight into the commercial and regulatory considerations facing businesses and financial institutions operating in the region, possessing over 15 years’ experience in private credit, leverage finance and structured finance transactions in Asia.

Feng Hao’s arrival marks an important step in the continued expansion of our Asia offering, which included the opening of our Singapore office in 2023, connecting clients across Southeast Asia with Cayman Islands and BVI legal advice.

In 2024, Mourant Governance Services Singapore was launched to provide incorporation, company secretarial, board support and fiduciary services for Singapore, Cayman Islands and BVI entities.

Alongside our growing Singapore operations, we have an established office in Hong Kong, and will celebrate the 15th anniversary of our presence in the region later this year.
