I’m a Partner in our Luxembourg Corporate and Finance practice.

I advise fund managers and global and domestic companies, on their downstream transactions, joint ventures, corporate structuring and reorganisations, governance matters, and corporate finance.

I have been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2012 and the Paris Bar since 2005.

I am recognised for my ability to front and lead Luxembourg matters locally for clients, acting as a central point of coordination between stakeholders. This enables me to deliver pragmatic, efficient and cost-effective advice, helping clients navigate cross-border transactions, governance matters and Luxembourg-specific requirements with minimal friction.

I previously worked at Arendt & Medernach in Luxembourg and Norton Rose, Heenan Blaikie and BHB in Paris.
