Luke Gingell

I am a Senior Associate in the International Trusts and Private Client team, based in our Jersey office.

I advise clients on the use of trusts, foundations and other private wealth holding structures to achieve their succession planning and family governance objectives. I also advise professional trustees and other fiduciaries who administer those structures.

Prior to rejoining the firm in 2026 – having initially joined in 2015 – I was a director in one of the large bank-owned trust companies on the island, acting as a professional trustee and director to a number of international private wealth holding structures.

I am a full member of STEP, a global professional body, comprising lawyers, accountants, trustees and other practitioners that help families plan for their futures.

In addition to my advisory role, I have spoken at conferences on the island and contributed to industry publications.
