Sophie Christodoulou

Counsel

Overview

I'm Counsel within the Litigation and Insolvency practice of the BVI office. I deal with a broad range of matters including director, shareholder, and general company disputes, insolvency matters, and trust related disputes. I regularly work on injunctions, appeals, and interim applications, as well as running cases to trial.

I have practiced in the BVI since January 2019, working across time zones with global teams, with significant Court exposure.

Previously I worked for Addleshaw Goddard LLP in the UK, acting for some of their largest FTSE 100 clients (including a major supermarket chain and several national high street retailers) power companies and an investment fund. Prior to that, I trained with and qualified into the commercial litigation department of Irwin Mitchell LLP, working on a wide range of commercial disputes and gaining a significant amount of experience in alternative dispute resolution.
