Overview

I am a Partner, Advocate and the Practice Leader of the Jersey Litigation practice. I regularly advise on a wide range of multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes, with a particular focus in the areas of contentious private wealth and trust matters, partnership and investment fund disputes and corporate liquidations and reorganisations.  I am qualified in England & Wales, the Cayman Islands and Jersey.

In my role as Practice Leader for Litigation, I lead the team in all aspects of management, business development, training, profile raising and growth.   

I am actively engaged in Jersey's business community. I am a qualified Chartered Director (C. Dir.). I am a qualified Trusts and Estate Practitioner and I am the Chair of Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP) in Jersey. I also sit on the Legal and Regulatory Committee of Association of Restructuring and Insolvency Experts (ARIES), the STEP Main Committee and Technical Sub-Committee. Additionally, I sit as a standing member of the Law Society of Jersey Committee, the body which regulates the legal profession in Jersey. I deliver regular training sessions to the Jersey financial services industry and onshore firms.  Finally, I am INSOL Europe's Country Co-Ordinator for the Channel Islands.

I am a passionate advocate for workplace equality and inclusion and I am a Local Office Sponsor of Mourant's employee-led Inclusion Network.
