I am a Senior Associate in our Jersey Finance and Corporate practice and I advise global corporate and financial institutions on a wide range of transactions, including lender and borrower side financings, corporate restructurings, joint venture arrangements and private equity transactions.

Prior to joining Mourant in 2023, I trained and qualified into the Manchester Corporate department of DLA Piper following which I worked for four years in the Jersey Banking and Finance team of another leading offshore firm.
