Geneva Trusts and Private Wealth Seminar 2026
We are pleased to be returning to Switzerland for our annual Trusts and Private Wealth seminars taking place on Tuesday 27 October in Geneva and Wednesday 28 October in Zurich.
The seminars will feature informative, interactive sessions led by partners and senior lawyers who are leaders in the private wealth field. Combining legal insight with practical guidance, they will each feature two engaging sessions:
- An examination of significant recent case law and the key lessons trustees can draw from emerging trends and judicial decisions.
- An interactive case study, exploring governance challenges that can arise during the succession of private wealth. Topics will include the transition of ownership and management, managing risks such as incapacity and family disputes, and the importance of aligning governance and control structures with long term objectives.
Designed for trustees, family offices and advisers to UHNW families, the seminars offer a valuable opportunity to gain practical insights, exchange perspectives with peers and discuss the current challenges facing the industry.
There will also be a networking reception for the opportunity to meet our Mourant team and other guests.
The seminars are accredited with 1.5 hours of CPD by The CPD Standards Office. Attendance is complimentary; however, places are limited and early registration is recommended.
