Josie Ewing achieves industry governance award

We are proud to celebrate a member of our Governance Services team achieving the top score in a leading professional qualification programme.

Josie Ewing, Manager in the Jersey Client Services team of Mourant Governance Services, was recently awarded the IFA Level 5 Financial Reporting and Governance Prize for achieving the highest result of 86 per cent in the November 2025 exam session.

International Finance and Administration (IFA) qualifications are awarded by the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland (CGIUKI). CGIUKI has been assuring world class standards of governance since 1891. It has over 10,000 members in the UK and Ireland, and is part of a network of 40,000 governance professionals globally.

CGIUKI’s IFA qualifications cover offshore finance, regulation and company management. Optional modules are also available, designed to deepen expertise in financial reporting and governance and fund administration. The qualifications provide an excellent foundation for careers in global finance and corporate services.

Josie joined Mourant in 2022 and has over a decade of experience in the offshore finance industry, specialising in the establishment, administration and management of corporate real estate structures.
