Xia Li

I am a Partner of Mourant’s Hong Kong Litigation and Restructuring and Insolvency practice groups.

I specialise in advising on complex corporate and commercial litigation, shareholders’ disputes, fraud and investigatory matters, trusts and private wealth, and insolvency and restructuring involving Cayman Islands and BVI law. I previously worked in the Cayman Islands and BVI.

Prior to practising offshore law, I represented clients at top US and UK international law firms on commercial and investment treaty arbitration matters and white collar crime investigations. My experience includes being based out of the major financial centres of  London, Hong Kong, Beijing, Singapore and New York.

I am fully trilingual in Mandarin, English and Cantonese and have significant experience working with mainland China, Hong Kong and international clients.
