Mourant has been shortlisted for two accolades in the Citywealth Future Leaders Awards 2020, and is the only offshore firm to be recognised for its commitment to supporting inclusion in the workplace.

The awards highlight emerging talent in the wealth management sector, placing a spotlight on the leaders of the future and the employers that support young professionals to excel at work.

The leading offshore law firm has been recognised in the 'Best Employer – Career Progression' and the 'Best Employer - Career Progression LGBT+/Inclusion' categories.

Mourant Chief Human Resources Officer, Sarah Kelly, said: "We're absolutely thrilled to have been shortlisted in this year's Citywealth Future Leaders Awards and in particular to be the only offshore firm in the 'Best Employer - Career Progression LGBT+/Inclusion' category.

"We believe that diversity of talent is integral to providing our clients with the best services and solutions through the contribution of diverse perspectives. That's why we're committed to nurturing an inclusive environment at Mourant where our people are able to bring their whole authentic self to work every day, and are equally empowered to reach their full potential."

Companies shortlisted in these categories must demonstrate leadership and development of individuals under 40 including investing in qualifications, providing opportunities for additional responsibilities, enabling flexible working and supporting LGBT+ and diversity individuals.

Sarah Kelly continued: "We've invested significantly in our comprehensive learning and development programme and continuously developing and implementing a robust inclusion strategy. We work hard to foster an inclusive culture, supported by our employee-led networks, so everyone can be the best they can be. We'd like to thank our clients and contacts who take the time to vote for us and wish all those shortlisted the best of luck."

The winners will be announced in London on 11 November 2020. If you would like to vote, you can do so here.
