Mourant shortlisted as Best Employer in two Citywealth Future Leaders Awards

Mourant has been shortlisted for two accolades in the Citywealth Future Leaders Awards 2020, and is the only offshore firm to be recognised for its commitment to supporting inclusion in the workplace.

The awards highlight emerging talent in the wealth management sector, placing a spotlight on the leaders of the future and the employers that support young professionals to excel at work.

The leading offshore law firm has been recognised in the 'Best Employer – Career Progression' and the 'Best Employer - Career Progression LGBT+/Inclusion' categories.

Mourant Chief Human Resources Officer, Sarah Kelly, said: "We're absolutely thrilled to have been shortlisted in this year's Citywealth Future Leaders Awards and in particular to be the only offshore firm in the 'Best Employer - Career Progression LGBT+/Inclusion' category.

Companies shortlisted in these categories must demonstrate leadership and development of individuals under 40 including investing in qualifications, providing opportunities for additional responsibilities, enabling flexible working and supporting LGBT+ and diversity individuals.
