Taking a moment for mental health

To mark International Men's Day on Thursday 19 November, we're putting a spotlight on men's mental health and encouraging everyone to support the Take A Moment 4 Mind campaign.

Now more than ever, it's important to talk openly about mental health and take a moment to reflect on our own wellbeing.

This week, three of our people talk openly about mental health and the importance of looking after ourselves and each other. Below they share their stories.

We're also inviting our people in each of our six offices to share their own Take a Moment photos in aid of local mental health charities.

At Mourant, we're passionate about raising awareness of mental health in the community and supporting the mental and physical wellbeing of our people.
