Leading global offshore law firm, Mourant, has advised asset management firm, Columbia Threadneedle, in relation to the sale of a significant property asset held in the Threadneedle UK Property Equity Club, a Jersey investment fund for expert investors.
The transaction involved the sale of Croxley Business Park in Watford to Goldman Sachs in July, for a sale price of approximately £400m.
The Mourant team was led by Partner, Daniel Birtwistle, with Associate Roisin Cullinane. Hogan Lovells advised Columbia Threadneedle on English law.
This deal follows a transaction earlier in the year where the same teams advised Columbia Threadneedle on the acquisition of 127 Kensington High Street in London from AshbyCapital for a price of c£200m.
