Mourant Announces Six Leadership Appointments

Mourant has appointed two new partners and four principals in a mid-year promotion round. The two partners are Alana Gillies, Counsel in the firm's Guernsey Corporate practice and Shane Donovan, Counsel in BVI Litigation.

In Mourant Governance Services, the firm's affiliated governance services business, Aaron Walker, Managing Director, Cayman Islands, Frances Webster, Managing Director, Client Accounting, Stephen McGrath, Managing Director, Jersey and Thomas Barnes, Managing Director, Guernsey have been appointed as principals.

Earlier this month, Mourant announced the appointment of a further BVI Litigation partner, lateral hire Jenni Jenkins. Along with lateral hire, Ian Montgomery in May, and three partner appointments announced in January, this brings the firm's total number of partners to 61.
